Ingredients

pork, in stir-fry strips

tenderstem broccoli tips, cooked
Instructions
Marinade
1/2 stalk lemongrass,
1/2 tbsp shallot, chopped,
1/2 tbsp garlic, chopped
Separately mince the lemongrass, shallot and garlic, and mix together in a bowl.
1/8 tsp black pepper, ground,
1 tbsp honey,
3/4 tsp dark soy,
3/4 tbsp fish sauce
Add the remaining marinade ingredients and mix to a smooth texture.
Pork
300 g pork, in stir-fry strips
Coat the pork strips well with the marinade. Set aside at room temperature for 30 mins.
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
Heat the oil to high and stir-fry the marinaded pork for 10 minutes until cooked through.
60 g tenderstem broccoli tips, cooked
Add the broccoli and warm through.
